Order Cancellation

Only Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for, it can’t be cancelled. If your order is for cash on delivery and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. 

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out the way we want them to, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy.   

Eligible reasons for return and refunds

  1. Shipping Damage: If your order arrives with visible external damage due to shipping or if you receive a product that is damaged upon receipt, please document the damage with clear photographs & unboxing video, and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item or an item that doesn’t match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Non-eligible reasons for return: 

Personal Preference: We do not accept returns or refunds for items based on personal preference or change of mind. Please carefully review product details and consider your purchase before placing an order. 

To return the product:

Return Process with unboxing video requirement:

  1. Unboxing video requirement: For eligible returns due to product defects or shipping damage, we require customers to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage. This video is essential to facilitate the return process.
  2. Return shipping cost responsibilityIf your return is approved, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of shipping the product back to us. Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary return address details. 
  3. Refund Initiation Timeline: After receiving the returned product and conducting an investigation to ensure everything is in order, your refund will be initiated within 7-10 days business days. The refund will be processed to the original account from which the payment was made, in case of a prepaid order, and for a cash-on-delivery product, it will be credited to the provided Google Pay or UPI ID.
